Membership Policy
General
- Please present THE PARNAS Mobile Membership Card or mobile voucher to access membership privileges.
- Please ensure to check the terms and conditions to redeem a mobile voucher in THE PARNAS mobile app, at "My Membership," and pressing the [Redeem] Voucher button.
- THE PARNAS Membership is for individual members only and is not transferrable. ID verification may be required upon applying a concessional rate.
- Any other gift voucher, membership, partnership or credit card discount or benefit cannot be combined with the membership privileges of THE PARNAS.
- Rate concession may not be available for special promotions.
- Applicable venues, benefits, and partnership privileges may be subject to change, depending on the circumstances.
Food &
Beverage
- The discount rate applicable for restaurant bills is rounded up to a whole number only. The discount cannot be applied to multiple tables at the same time and applies to the whole group of diners.
- Reduced restaurant rates are not applicable to banquet events and room service.
Room
- Concessional rates and room voucher redemption for THE PARNAS need to be arranged via the room reservation office.
(Online reservation not available) - Please use the room voucher number upon reservation. It is required to provide the complimentary room voucher in the form of mobile voucher for check-in.
- The room voucher is not transferable and can be used for up to two rooms per night. Please note reservation is essential.
- The room voucher for rate concession and the complimentary room voucher are redeemable for up to two guests only. Additional charge applies for an extra guest.
- Room reservation with the complimentary room voucher is separate to the general room reservation operation. The number of available rooms per hotel is limited.
- Concessional room rates and complimentary room vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with IHG One Rewards point accumulation and other membership privileges for Ambassador or Loyal Ambassador.
Terms and Conditions
- Article 1. Membership is limited to individuals. Corporations are not eligible for membership.
- Article 2. The membership card and vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. (Period extension not available)
- Article 3. The membership card and vouchers can only be used by the holder and cannot be rented, transferred, or pledged as collateral to a third party.
- Article 4. The membership card cannot be used as a credit card.
- Article 5. In case of loss, theft, or damage of the membership card caused by negligence, the member should immediately notify the Hotel's THE PARNAS team, and the card is reissued at the Hotel's discretion. (Please note that KRW 10,000 is charged for a reissue fee and special delivery
requested by the member should be paid by the recipient.) - Article 6. Vouchers provided by the Hotel are neither reissued nor exchanged for cash or other items. Under no circumstances, will there be an extension for the valid period of a voucher once issued.
- Article 7. Membership privileges are not valid for use in conjunction with other discounts or vouchers.
- Article 8. The member is required to present the membership card to access membership privileges at the Hotel. (ID verification may be required for members who fail to present the membership card.)
- Article 9. Membership cancellation is available for the first 30 days from the date of issue only and the membership card must be returned upon cancellation. If the card has been used once or more or it has been issued for a month or longer, cancellation or class change are not permitted.
- Article 10. The Hotel may suspend or cancel membership if the member meets any of the descriptions listed below:
- 1. Presence of a false statement in the membership application
- 2. Use of membership for inappropriate purposes
- 3. Violation of the terms and conditions of the membership
- Article 11. In case of membership suspension or cancellation, the annual fee shall not be refunded.
- Article 12. The Hotel may amend, expand, or cancel any of the membership and member privilege policies with prior or subsequent notice, as deemed necessary. In case of a unilateral change in terms or conditions for partnership from an affiliate partner or business discontinuation of an affiliate partner, a natural disaster, or a rapid change, crisis, or any other comparable circumstance in relation to the Hotel's business operation, the Hotel may amend, expend, or cancel any of the membership and member privilege policies.
