- Your confidentiality will be strictly protected.
- We do not accept false reports, slander, irrelevant reports (eg., an advertisement), or reports on the personal privacy of individuals.

- Use and Purpose: To confirm the content of the consultation and to provide a reply to inquiries
- Period of Retention and Use:
Personal information is stored if required by law as follows.
1) Record of contract or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
2) Payment and supply of goods: 5 years
3) Consumer complaint and dispute resolution: 3 years
Identification and preferences of guests for revisit and service customization: 5 years
