Michelin 3-star Hyotei Promotion

Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas will be welcoming Chef Takahashi Yoshihiro, head chef of the legendary Michelin 3-star restaurant Hyotei in Kyoto, Japan. To celebrate the first anniversary of Hinotsuki, Chef Takahashi is scheduled to visit from October 23 to 26. This marks his first-ever participation in an event in Korea, drawing significant attention and anticipation.This special promotion at InterContinental Parnas will showcase the 450-year history of Hyotei through authentic Kyoto-style kaiseki cuisine. Hyotei is a renowned Kyoto-based kaiseki restaurant with a rich history, starting as a teahouse at Nanzen-ji Temple during the Edo period, and continuing to uphold its esteemed traditions. Since 2010, Hyotei has maintained its prestigious 3-Michelin-star status for 16 consecutive years.Chef Takahashi, the 15th head of Hyotei, carries forward his family’s legacy while adding contemporary flair to the essence of kaiseki cuisine.
