At Hinotsuki, we offer authentic Kyoto-style premium Kaiseki omakase that embodies the delicate harmony of nature and wabi-sabi philosophy, as well as a variety of high-quality Japanese dishes and—for the first time in Korea—the exquisite sushi omakase from Japan's top sushi brand Sushi Kanesaka.

At Hinotsuki, we use seasonal ingredients to offer authentic Kyoto-style Kaiseki omakase including a variety of traditional Japanese dishes that capture the essence of each season. Kyoto Kaiseki is a fine dining restaurant with deep understanding and respect for the nature and ingredients based on traditional cooking methods passed down from Kyoto, Japan's thousand-year-old capital.
In order to convey the subtle flow of the seasons to our guests, we select ten days of each season as the period for experiencing the most delicious seasonal dish, with dishes prepared sincerely using the rarest ingredients that are only available during that period.
