Article 1Corporations are not eligible for membership, which is limited to individuals.Article 2Membership cards and vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. (Expiration date cannot be extended)Article 3Membership cards and vouchers can be neither used by others, nor lent, transferred, nor used as collateral for any purpose.Article 4Membership cards cannot be used as credit cards.Article 5Members must notify the Parnas Hotel Team immediately when their membership card is lost, stolen, or damaged, and the membership card will be reissued at the hotel’s discretion.
(However, there is a separate charge of KRW 10,000, and special delivery by the request of the member must be paid by the recipient.)Article 6Vouchers provided by the hotel to members cannot be reissued or exchanged for cash or other items. In addition, issued vouchers cannot have their valid period extended under any circumstances.Article 7Member benefits cannot be used together with other discount benefits and vouchers, etc. offered by the hotel.Article 8Members must present their membership cards when using the hotel in order to receive the corresponding benefits. (If you do not have your membership card with you, we may ask you to show your ID to confirm your membership.)Article 9Membership can only be canceled within 30 days of the date of issuance, and the membership card must be returned. However, cancellation and type changes are not possible when the membership card was used 1 or more times or when one month has passed since the issuance.Article 10The hotel may suspend or revoke the membership if the actions taken by the member are subject to any of the following:
1. In case of filling out the membership application form falsely
2. In case of using the membership for improper purposes
3. In case of a member violating these terms & conditionsArticle 11In the event of suspension or revocation of membership, annual membership fees already paid will not be refundedArticle 12If necessary, the hotel may decide on changing, adding, or canceling the membership operations and member benefits through prior or subsequent notification.
In addition, the hotel may determine the membership operation and member privileges to be changed, added, or canceled when the partnership company changes the partnership conditions unilaterally or closes business, or when natural disasters, sudden changes in the hotel management conditions, management crisis, or other similar circumstances occur.
