“Minazuki (水無月)” is a traditional Japanese name for the sixth month of the lunar calendar,
symbolizing the season when the rainy period
begins and the earth is filled with life-giving water and vitality.
It also reflects a time of renewal and quiet reflection, marking the midpoint of the year.
This seasonal course thoughtfully showcases the finest flavors of early summer,
featuring seasonal vegetables, sweet Chodang corn, delicately prepared pike conger eel, and rich,
flavorful croaker at the height of their season.
