All seats are available by reservation only. Sushi and Kaiseki Omakase are not available for children under school age. We kindly ask for your understanding. The omakase service begins simultaneously for each seating time. Please note that an additional fee applies to outside beverages. Sushi Kanesaka excludes all affiliations, discounts, rewards, and voucher usage. Authentic Kyoto-style kaiseki is available for order at the omakase counter at Hinotsuki.

At Hinotsuki, we offer an authentic Kyoto-style kaiseki omakase and a variety of traditional Japanese dishes, all crafted with seasonal ingredients that capture the essence of each season. Kyoto kaiseki is a refined culinary tradition passed down from Kyoto, Japan's thousand-year-old capital, based on a deep understanding and respect for nature and ingredients. To convey the subtle flow of the seasons to our guests, we designate a ten-day period for each season during which the most exquisite seasonal dishes are served, prepared with the rarest ingredients that are only available during that time.
